Returns & Refunds Policy

Order Issues & Defective Items

We want you to love your order! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We’ll work with our fulfillment to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Returns & Exchanges

Since all products are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless there is a defect or printing error. Please double-check the size charts and product details before placing your order.

Cancellations & Address Changes

Because our items are made on demand, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed. Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local post office or carrier.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued for damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed items. If eligible, a replacement or refund will be provided at our discretion.
